Notes

Over the past month I've been building the Shmoerg Moduleur DIY synth, an amazing semi-modular synth project that's entirely open source and which has been a great (although sometimes intense) experience. I would not recommend this project unless you have significant experience with electronics and CAD (or know someone who does), an oscilloscope, and some extra money to spend on tarriffs. I could definitely have bought something potentially similar for half the money I've spent on the project but this has been an incredible learning experience for me. I still need to finish the enclosure but the top panel (which I laser cut at my local maker space Protohaven) is complete and the synth is 100% usable.

To celebrate the milestone I recorded a quick step sequence with an Arturia Keystep, recorded it in Live and added some heavenly delay.
